Electoral Office Secure Data Transfer
The Electoral Office use an online process for accessing personal identifiable data.
Overview:
(i) Anyone who can by law access Electoral Register data must request that the Electoral Office set up a personal account via the EONI Secure Data Transfer - Account Setup online form.
(ii) The Electoral Office will review the request and:
if approved set up an account and email the URL, account name and password to the requestor
if not approved, the Electoral Office will contact the requestor
(iii) Approved users can then log into the secure Electoral Office site and obtain the data required.
