Dr David Marshall, the Chief Electoral Officer, today 18 December 2025 gave notice that Niall Lawlor, a member of the Sinn Féin Party, had been returned to fill the vacancy in The Mournes District Electoral Area in Newry, Mourne & Down District Council.
