Dr David Marshall, the Chief Electoral Officer, today (7 March 2025) gave notice that Martin Hearty, a member of the Sinn Féin party, had been returned to fill the vacancy in Slieve Gullion District Electoral Area in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
