Dr David Marshall, the Chief Electoral Officer, today (10 September 2025) gave notice that Aurla King, a member of the SDLP (Social Democratic & Labour Party), had been returned to fill the vacancy in Downpatrick District Electoral Area in Newry, Mourne and Down District Council.
